Fred Killingsworth is an executive operator with more than 25 years of experience leading companies through technological and digital transformation. He is Chief Commercial and Operating Officer, investor, and board member at a veteran-owned defense technology company, where he led the shift from engineering services to a product-led secure AI platform business. He founded Hinge Global, a digital commerce company he took from concept to private equity exit in four years, and is the founder of Silent Services AI, a strategic AI advisor to owners and executives. Earlier he built national-scale distribution at Worldpay and Amazon and led a regional turnaround at Verizon. Fred brings board-level depth in commercial growth, M&A and integration, AI strategy and oversight, and leadership. A U.S. Army veteran of the 101st Airborne Division and member of the Sergeant Audie Murphy Club, he serves on the advisory board of Toren and advises founders at the University of Cincinnati 1819 Venture Lab. He holds a Top Secret clearance.
