Transformation Strategy & Operating Model

I turn vision into a plan people can execute, tied to the market, the capital, and the risk the company can actually carry.

What I Do

I build the bridge between what is possible and what is probable. That starts with an honest read of the people, assets, and capabilities a company has, and ends with a strategy, an operating model, and a resource plan that fit together. Then I lead from the front and build a culture of ownership and accountability.

How I Work

The same five steps in every engagement, whatever the industry. The full framework is something I share with the companies I work with.

  1. Business priorities. The starting point is the vision for the company.
  2. Where are we now? Baseline assessments of operations, sales, fulfillment, and financial predictability.
  3. Evaluate resources. What people, assets, and resources are available.
  4. Plan of action. Where to play and how to win, what must be true, and in what time frame.
  5. Execute with focus. Minimum repeatability framework, minimum standards framework, and minimum governance necessary.
