Commercial Growth & Distribution

I have built distribution that lasts, from carrier and software channels in payments to marketplaces, hyperscaler co-sell, and partner ecosystems in defense technology.

What I Do

I build revenue engines and distribution that last: standardized positioning, channel strategy, pricing, and a qualification discipline the whole team can run. I have done it in turnarounds, in national product launches, and in a shift from services to platform. The result is a pipeline you can forecast with confidence.

Evidence

  • VerizonLed the transformation of Verizon's lowest-performing region for integrated M2M revenue to second nationally in annual recurring data revenue within two quarters.
  • WorldpayBuilt Worldpay's nontraditional payment distribution with Microsoft, AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon.
  • AmazonOwned the international expansion strategy for Amazon's B2B gift card and incentive division, and led complex business development and new business model development across nine countries.
  • Hinge GlobalBuilt Hinge Global from concept to private equity exit in four years, with enterprise sales that crossed nine-figure GMV at peak and partnerships with Core Group, DM Fulfillment, Salsify, and Intuit.

How I Work

The same five steps in every engagement, whatever the industry. The full framework is something I share with the companies I work with.

  1. Business priorities. The starting point is the vision for the company.
  2. Where are we now? Baseline assessments of operations, sales, fulfillment, and financial predictability.
  3. Evaluate resources. What people, assets, and resources are available.
  4. Plan of action. Where to play and how to win, what must be true, and in what time frame.
  5. Execute with focus. Minimum repeatability framework, minimum standards framework, and minimum governance necessary.
