Transformation
Technology, AI & Secure Platforms
Twenty-five years at the front of each technology wave, from broadband and mobile payments to cloud and marketplaces, and now AI built for national security and brought to commercial business.

What I Do
I have been on the leading edge of the major technology and commerce shifts of the past twenty-five years: internet, broadband, wireless, machine-to-machine, mobile payments, cloud, marketplaces, and now AI. Most recently I led the productization, pricing, branding, and commercialization of a platform that orchestrates security, compliance, and high-performance compute across on-premise and cloud to enable AI, autonomy, and modeling and simulation for some of the most demanding programs in national security and defense.
I bring the same rigor and discipline to commercial companies, because in the age of AI the stakes are just as high. I am strategic from the start, conducting diligence and discovery to understand the business, the market, and what is possible, then shaping an expansive vision of where it can go. When you combine your company's experiential intelligence with artificial intelligence, you can own the results.
Evidence
- Defense technology companyLed the commercialization of a platform that orchestrates security, compliance, on-premise and cloud compute, and tools for AI, machine learning, autonomy, digital engineering, and modeling and simulation, fielded across multiple security levels.

Presented under Full Stack Fred below.
How I Work
The same five steps in every engagement, whatever the industry. The full framework is something I share with the companies I work with.
- Business priorities. The starting point is the vision for the company.
- Where are we now? Baseline assessments of operations, sales, fulfillment, and financial predictability.
- Evaluate resources. What people, assets, and resources are available.
- Plan of action. Where to play and how to win, what must be true, and in what time frame.
- Execute with focus. Minimum repeatability framework, minimum standards framework, and minimum governance necessary.
Perspective
"Clock and calendar are not effective measures of time or performance in the age of AI. A single man hour is not the same as it once was. Delayed or deferred decisions and falling behind may not be recoverable. Speed is both a defense and an offensive weapon."
Excellence in foundational strategy at the start gives you an exponentially unfair but well-earned advantage with AI.
Products and frameworks I have built.
The thinking above, turned into tools. Each is designed to be owned by the business that uses it.
